Gift Wrapping Services
Since gift wrapping services are performed on items you provide, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis:
- If you are not satisfied with the wrapping quality, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your wrapped gift
- We will work with you to address any concerns and may offer to re-wrap the item at no additional charge
- Refunds for wrapping services may be considered if we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction
Handmade Gift Products
For handmade gift products purchased from our shop:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part
- To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details

Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
- Refunds for products will be issued within 14 business days of receiving the returned item
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Refunds for services will be processed within 7 business days of approval
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized handmade gifts that were created specifically for you
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after purchase
- Gift wrapping services that have been completed and accepted
- Items purchased more than 14 days ago
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
- Return shipping costs will be covered by us
